Refund & Cancellation Policy

To maintain a seamless booking and stay process, we have outlined our Refund & Cancellation Policy below:

  1. Booking & Cancellation Terms:
    • A minimum 3-day stay is required. Even if a shorter stay is booked, charges will apply for three days.
    • Postponement or cancellation must be requested at least 15 days in advance in writing. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the advance deposit.
    • One date amendment is permitted per booking. Additional changes may lead to cancellation without a refund.
    • In the case of early discharge (due to personal reasons), a credit note will be issued for the unused balance (only if more than 3 days remain), which can be redeemed within 6 months.
    • No refunds will be provided for disciplinary discharge or non-compliance with the center’s rules.
    • Accommodation charges apply from the date of confirmed reservation or admission, whichever is earlier.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • A 20% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, which includes a 10% non-refundable processing fee in case of cancellation.
    • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, online transfer, cash, or demand drafts.
    • Additional services like laboratory reports, laundry, and extra therapies are charged separately.
    • The package tariff includes accommodation, wellness diet, and basic therapies prescribed by the doctor.
    • Pick-up and drop services are available at an additional charge.
    • Tariffs and policies are subject to change with prior notice.

General Rules & Regulations

For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules during your stay:

  1. Admission & Identification:
    • All guests must carry a valid photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must show a valid passport and visa.
    • Admission is non-transferable, and we reserve the right of admission.
    • Physical examination is required upon arrival. Provisional admissions may be denied after consultation.
    • Accommodation charges are applicable from the date of confirmed reservation or actual admission.
  2. Medical & Therapy Guidelines:
    • Guests are encouraged to bring their medical history and reports (if any) for consultation.
    • Therapies and diets are personalized by doctors for maximum therapeutic benefit. Personal preferences are discouraged.
    • Treatments will be scheduled based on availability. Delays may result in the cancellation of therapies.
    • Some treatments may be restricted during menstruation for female guests.
    • Self-medication is prohibited. All medications must be taken under supervision of our in-house doctors.
    • Any ongoing medications must be disclosed at check-in.
  3. Diet & Lifestyle Guidelines:
    • Tea, coffee, soft drinks, and outside food are prohibited during your stay.
    • Herbal supplements and wellness items are available in our on-campus wellness shop.
    • Alcohol, tobacco, pan, gutka, or any form of nicotine is strictly prohibited on the premises.
  4. Device & Behavior Policy:
    • Use of mobile phones and electronic devices is restricted in treatment areas to maintain a peaceful environment.
    • We encourage guests to minimize screen time (mobiles, laptops, earphones) to support mental detox and therapy effectiveness.
    • Guests must seek prior permission from the attending doctor if they wish to leave the premises.
    • Valuables such as jewelry or expensive items should not be brought to the center, as management is not responsible for any loss.
  5. What to Bring:
    • Comfortable clothing is recommended, such as loose cotton garments, sportswear, and appropriate clothing for winter/rainy season.
    • Avoid electronics such as laptops and earphones, as they may interfere with the healing process.
  6. Guest Behavior & Compliance:
    • Guests are expected to maintain discipline and decorum during their stay to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the center.
    • All rules and regulations must be followed to ensure a healing, comfortable, and result-oriented wellness experience.

  • Management reserves the right to amend policies and rules at any time with prior notice.
  • For any disputes, the management’s decision is final and binding.
