Treatment
Panchakarma
The classical cleansing procedures of Ayurveda, carried out only after assessment and under a doctor's supervision.
Panchakarma means "five actions": the classical Ayurvedic procedures for cleansing and rebalancing the body. It is not a single treatment but a supervised course, with preparation beforehand and a gradual return to normal diet afterwards.
Not every procedure is right for every person. The Ayurvedic doctor decides which, if any, are suitable after a consultation, and adjusts the course to your health and season.
